Despite its compact size, the ISX-3mini delivers impressive performance. In its standard configuration with Sciospec's IF frontend, it boasts a measurement range of 100 mHz to 10 MHz (extendable to 40 or 100 MHz). It also covers a dynamic range of 300dB (mOhm…TOhm) with a base precision of 0.01%.

Simplified Comparative Measurements

Equipped with two multiplexed 4-electrode MCX measurement ports, the ISX-3mini simplifies comparative measurements of two sensors or devices under test. This allows you to efficiently compare the performance of different components without needing complex setups.
