Large-scale VOCs Purification Equipment
Introduction
VOCs (volatile organic compounds) recycle and purification equipment is independently developed by VACREE with unique and comprehensive VOCs processing technology. It can recycle and concentrate more than 90% of Hydrogen, Nitrogen and Hydrocarbon components contained in off-gas. The Hydrogen concentration can be purified from 30% to 99.999%, and the processing capacity reaches up to 1000m3 / hr.

Helium Extraction System
Introduction
Helium gas is non-renewable and valuable resource, which playing a quite important role in our society. Helium gas has a lot of applications such as scientific research, cryogenic superconductivity, space leakage test, medicine, welding, automobile industries worldwide.
Vacree Helium extraction system can extract crude Helium gas from the bill off gas of the LNG or Helium-bearing gas well directly through the PSA & membrane separation coupling technologies firstly , then improve the crude Helium gas into 99.999% (5.0 grade). The cryogenic condensation adsorption, membrane separation & PSA technologies are employed in the extraction system. The system consists of crude Helium gas extraction unit, catalytic dehydrogenation unit (If H2 included) and refined Helium gas purification unit (cryogenic Helium Purifier). If the output is LHe, we can also offer the solution of the Helium Liquefaction unit as an option.
The feasibility study of extracting helium from a BOG of natural gas is quite complicated. But the most crucial thing is about the investment return rate and system technical reliability.

Cryogenic Helium Purifier
Introduction
Cryogenic Helium Purifier can improve the impure Helium into grade 5.5 (5.5 helium = 99.9995% purity) ultra-pure Helium gas by the following steps:
After pressurized by the inlet compressor, the impure Helium gas captured is removed moisture and oil through the oil-water separator, then it flows into the dryer unit to remove residual moisture and carbon dioxide, taking advantage of cryogenic condensation and freeze technology to remove the residual air impurity from the cold box pre-cooled by LN2 , which consists of a vacuum insulation vessel, the heat exchanger, phase separator and adsorber cylinder. Finally output the ultra-pure Helium gas and filling the gas cylinder bundles or container.
The main components of purifier include dryer unit, cold box, regeneration vacuum pump, gas distribution panel and control cabinet with compact skid-mounted structure.
Application
Cryogenic Helium purifier is typically applied in recovery and purification of the Helium for scientific research (specially to recover the impure Helium from refrigeration and liquefaction plant of superconducting machine), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), Helium liquefaction, balloon industry, optical fiber preforms sintering, leakage detection, etc.
