Condensation is a commonly used technique that effectively separates and removes volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from gas to liquid by adjusting the temperature or pressure of the gas and exploiting the differences in condensation points of different components. The key lies in controlling the condensation temperature and compression pressure to ensure the targeted VOCs condense under appropriate conditions. Condensation is suitable for treating high-concentration VOCs emissions, especially for solvent recovery, reducing environmental pollution while reclaiming and reusing valuable solvent components.

Product Description

Condensation recovery of VOCs gas (applicable range):

(1) Condensation recovery of aromatic organic waste gases: toluene, xylene, benzene, ethylbenzene, styrene, chlorobenzene.
(2) Condensation recovery of ketone organic waste gases: acetone, butanone, cyclohexanone, hexanone.
(3) Condensation recovery of alcohol organic waste gases: methanol, ethanol, butanol, isopropanol, pentanol.
(4) Condensation recovery of ester organic waste gases: methyl acetate, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, acetone, ethyl acetate, butyl ethanoate, diethyl carbonate.
(5) Condensation recovery of alkane organic waste gases: hexane, methylpentane, heptane, octane, methylpentane, cyclopentane, cyclohexane, cyclohexene, turpentine, dichloromethane, dichloroethane, trichloropropane, trichloroethane, carbon tetrachloride, bromopropane, bromomethane, chlorobutane, pentane, heptane, hexane, white spirit.
(6) Condensation recovery of alkene organic waste gases: dichloroethylene, trichloroethylene, tetrachloroethylene.
(7) Condensation recovery of ether organic waste gases: diethyl ether, propyl ether, petroleum ether.
(8) Others: Condensation recovery of DMF organic waste gases, aldehydes, acetonitrile, propionitrile, valeronitrile, solvent oil, gasoline.
