The LN65B is the latest Liquid Nitrogen Generator from Noblegen, designed specifically for IVF and biological storage applications. With a production rate of over 65 liters per day (2.7 liters/hour) and a nitrogen purity of 99%, it uses PSA technology for efficient nitrogen and oxygen separation. The nitrogen gas produced is then liquefied using an advanced cooling system. The liquid nitrogen is stored in a 210-liter vacuum-insulated tank, and can be dispensed using a 1.5-meter vacuum-insulated hose upon request.
Key features of the LN65B include the option for air-cooled or water-cooled operation, an internal air compressor, and a pressure boost system that enhances production efficiency. The machine also operates with a ‘no loss’ pressure system to ensure maximum output. The system is fully automated with a color touchscreen control, and all cryogenic parts are vacuum-insulated for enhanced performance.
