Glovebox Description

The Glovebox is designed to provide a hermetically sealed and highly customized working space under a very tightly controlled atmosphere.

Features

  • Automatic atmosphere reduction control to maintain levels below 1 ppm.
  • Oxygen/Moisture removal to less than 1 ppm.
    • Control: PLC Type (Heating, Vacuum, Purge, Refill: 13 hours).
  • Pneumatic valve for regeneration and circulation blower: 63 CFM (variable speed control).
  • Purifier: 1 set (Single Column Purifier).
    • Purifier capacity: Molecular sieve & copper oxide.
  • Automatic pressure controller with a 7" full-color touchscreen.
    • Pressure range: -12.5 to 12.5 mbar (limits adjustable).
  • Operated manually by foot switch.
  • Two solenoid valves in operation.
  • Vacuum pump: 1 set, capacity of 180L/min, intake type: NW25.
    • Ultimate pressure: 5 x 10⁻⁴ torr.
  • Two-stage pump: Power 220V, single-phase.
